An old downtown condo unit that needs a whole unit remodelling.
Removed the wall partition opening up the foyer/kitchen area. Extended the kitchen cabinets towards the laundry room.
Enlarged the nook space to fit a compact size stacked washer & dryer.
Eliminated the shower enclosure. Capped the drain and rerouted plumbing for the vanity to be on this wall.
